How about a card that is presented vertically, folded in half on the long side. The face of the card would be a door with a die cut window that shows your company logo or other graphic underneath? Put your info inside the card - they would then look through the window and open the door to see your info.
Of course, I suppose you could print your info on a thin piece of wood.....

Rather going for any of these conservative ideas.. u can try this.... u can opt for a mini CD in which u can put ur name n stuff on the cd and u can store a mini movie/ ads abt ur products and things like that on the CD... aint this unique??

Hi, Since everyone is talking about global warming. I think you should put a Big Green House on left side of your Business card.
Every customer will appreciate this idea and spread the word, when you will tell why you have a green house on business card.
If you want you can have slogan like - "Global warming is increasing, fix your house today".

First off, congratulations for wanting to be creative and seeing the value of it!
Given the nature of your business, what if you used a clear plastic or frosted plastic instead of paper? Of course, the design itself would be hugely important so having it properly designed is key.
The cost would be "doable" on most budgets and it wouldn't demand an overly involved design. (I'm assuming you don't have fat bags of cash to spend.)
