There are many options when it comes to web hosting. I suggest that you take a look at several web hosts and the features that they provide. First compare feature-by-feature then dollar-for-dollar. This will ensure that you get the best fit and the most for your money. Most web hosts will register your domain name for you and at no additional cost. I found a web host that also helps to design/build the website along with training. You can take a look for some comparison at http://www.tobuildyour.com

You did not tell us the purpose ...
However, as others have suggested, you may go ahead.
Now-a-days, country specific domain names are also available with a minimum fees ( e.g. for India - "in", or "co.in").
Please inform us when ready to visit yours.
Thanks |

Making website is complicated and cannot be explained on this page. You need to be a trained person in designing. If you are novice in that simply outsource it to a programmer on freelance sites where you will get your job done at cost effective prices.
All you need is to have free service buyer account on freelance sites. |

There are lots of books written in this. The Dummies series are particularly good, due to their focus. So, I suggest you visit the library or the book store, and you should be overwhelmed with choices. |

It is very easy ...... you can have a free website if you need without paying anything.. You can also make money from adsense.. Next if you want to have a domain and a website exclusively for you you can purchase domains and hosting from yahoo and ewebguru. Ewebguru service is disappointing. There are more you can just search google for more .. Now if you want to check the service you can visit both the website below free and paid..
You can decide your website yourself no knowledge is required.. |

My best advice is start a free blog first. It will give you some experience in web site building and teach you valuable lessons for free. Web hosting costs money and it will take a beginner a long time to build traffic. Blogs get immediate attention because the blog sites already get a ton of traffic. Here is a link to some free blog sites:
