There is no cheap option but you can get the Post office to Frank your mail for you as a bulk posting - check with your local office or call Post Office Helpline on 0845-7223344 |

You can send them bulk mail if you know someone with a bulk mail account.

I know that you can obtain a bulk mailing rate from the post office. You may want to check out their website to get specific postal bulk rates. |

If you are wanting to mail postcards, you can have them printed and addressed and ready for mailing. If you get a 4x6 size, they can mail for .24
A good site is www.printsmadeeasy.com and you can save 20% on the order with code UPGRADE They print in full color, really nice and you can make them look however you want. It's really inexpensive too. |

You could load the information on a website. There are several free ones on the Internet, do a search. Then E-mail your list the website address. If there is a lot of information to be delivered.
If there is little information to be delivered, four single sided 8X11 sheets; E-mail each sheet as an attachment (all four in one e-mail). |

I would go to your local post office with a fully packaged sample piece and have them weigh it & give you your options. Bulk mail, as suggested above, is usually cheaper - but, you would need to have a permit or know someone with a permit. If you will be doing this on a regular basis, getting a bulk mail permit may be a good option for you. |

If it is a book wihtout advertising you can use media mail. Postcards are cheap too.

Most mailing houses will allow you to use their Bulk Rate Indicia when you use them to mail your item. You will have to mail a minimum of 150 pieces to the same areas( 3 or 5 digit zip codes) to get the best rates.
If it is a package, send it parcel post. It will take longer to get there but it is cheaper.
Maybe you can simply turn it into a .pdf and allow them to download it or email it to them. |
