I need you help!!!?
I write poetry. I am going to get my book published, but I want to know where I can sell my book. I would like to sell it on Ebay, but I don't know if that would be a good place to sell a book. What do you think?
Not unless you have it copywrited and/or trademarked. If you sell it "as is" on eBay, you're basically giving it away to someone else to publish and get money off of.
Protect your work and go to a publisher.
Once you get it published, then I'd sell it where ever I could, including eBay.

Bookstores, amazon, but |not| Ebay

I don't think Ebay would be good, cause people wouldn't know to look for it there. Unless it by chance had some keywords in it that people happen to be searching for.
Just my opinion, I'm no expert lol

Ebay should be a good place to start. Then there is the old fashioned going from local book store to local book store.

there's too much stuff on ebay to try to get it sold there. i would try locally owned coffee shops and books stores. stay away from the corporate shops, b/c they probably won't allow you to sell there.

it would be good to sell it om the internet but i'm not sure what website, i think this is a great idea becuase a lot more people go on the computer than to book stores or if that doesn't work try to get some friends to go out on some streets and sell your books!

you should try ebay!

I think you should send a copy of it to the New York Times place ask them if they could publish it in a Barnes & Nobels if they like it.
