Don't keep it. Tear it up and throw it away. It's been in the news. It's a scam.
The people clean out your bank account. There is no money for you.

Any lottery stuff that I have ever seen that people receive in the mail have been scams. If you get on one mailing list, you'll end up on many. Usually asking for $29.95 to get the prize winners list. Carefully worded to sound like you won something. Read the fine print carefully. You are usually guaranteed to receive the Prize (list of winners) in small print. Some of these mailings ask you to sign something and will actually have you giving them permission to debit your account YEARLY to receive a list of the winners.
If it sounds to good to be true, it is.

Someone wants to seperate you from your money. If they haven't ask you for it yet, they will get around to it.

No it is a con, they tell you that you have won a prize and you have to ring a number to claim it . The number that you ring is a premium rate number and will cost you a FORTUNE in phone bills. They keep talking on the phone and you can be there for ages paying a premium rate number.
These people own the phone lines and it is THEM who make the money. You will be left with a massive phone bill and that is something you really don't need.
Tear it up an bin it. There is no such thing as a free lunch!
