Religion Kills!

I received a nasty e-mail from here from someone who viewed my site, why?

I am just trying to optimize my site and make it more user friendly.
A person from here contacted me and told me that my claims were lies and they wouldn't buy a light bulb from me.
What gave them that idea?
I really want to know, because if that is the kind of site I have, it will do me little good to project that kind of image.
I am truly an honest person and have even donated a couple of computers to students here who had no way of buying one for school.
I don't offer credit either, but have allowed it in special cases, but know that it is nearly impossible to collect here if the person doesn't pay.
I follow up on all of my sales and am willing to go to their houses or give them directions to fix any problem they have.
So far though, no problems.
All in all, I have had nothing but praise from my customers for the units I have built and sold, but I can't have my site scaring people away, now can I?

In the world of cyber space . . . there are lots of people that show up and just toss around comments just to simply be bulling or rude or who knows what.

We have a policy that they are ignored. People that offer real honest and sincere feedback to any company do that politely and with integrity ~ ignore the nut bars :):)

I don't really know anything about the advertising world but as a consumer I wouldn't say that your site would NOT scare me off. The only thing that I notice is that it does seem to be pretty non-professional and amatuer. I think it would be good to seperate out your information into "about us" "services" "contact us" and things like that. I don't know much about computers either but maybe you should explain how you can customize computers for different uses and give examples of those uses. Try to ignore negative people, they aren't worth your time. Good luck!

The site is not user-friendly and seems amateurish. However, it's not enough to evoke that kind of response. Just ignore the user and see if you can find some sort of template to build your site.

Honest time here. On a scale of 1 to 10 your site is about a 2. That does NOT mean I wouldn't use your services.

I've seen some pretty bad sites done by companies investing HUGE amounts of money to just get hosed.

In the end if the clients that use you are happy with your site then don't sweat it.

I'd like to suggest that you evaluate some free software from Microsoft that will give you a more polished look and its pretty much fill in the blanks.

However, anything that is done creatively and is judged is by someone is only that persons opinion. Line up 10 people and ask them their favorite color and you will never get the same answer. Same with anyone viewing your site.

Block them; some people are just plain old miserable & wants everyone else to be the same. Keep doing your good work.
