I would start by saying I feel like I'm losing my best friend, and I really don't want that to happen. What can we do to fix things?

It depends what you did to her to make you lose her.
If it was proper bad, then wait a few days to let her calm down and to think about what happened. Then try to talk to her, maybe call her one evening when you know she's going to be around. Let her know you're really sorry and that you realise you've made some mistakes.
Or, if you can't face calling her, write to her by email or even by hand to let her know you miss her and love her as your best friend and you would like to start again if she can forgive you. Without knowing exactly what you did to deserve her cutting you off though, its difficult to advise!
If she REALLY doesn't want to talk to you again, and you really can't get through to her for whatever reason, then you'll just have to accept her decision and respect her wishes. And, above all, learn from your mistakes. |

I think your response would REALLY depend on the situation. I'm afraid that most people will need more information to help you with this. Advice will be VERY different with different scenarios - be it that she bad-mouthed you, or if you kissed her boyfriend, or if you just got into an argument.. |

First of all what is the reason you think this. I'm sorry just does not always cut it. Actions speak louder than words. If you are truly sorry for what you have done than find a way to make it up to her . If She is really your best friend than you will know what to do.
