Well to start, go to blogger.com and create a blog about whatever interests you the most "ferrari's, computers, robots, your life", make sure you blog looks complete and you have several postings and pics. Apply for an Adsense account, which blogger does assist you with. If you are approved by Google. Then you start creating other blogs, especially in "niche" markets, make sure your blogs are full of content and updated often so viewers are willing to come back to your blog. NEVER CLICK ON YOUR OWN ADS, you will be caught and banned from Google AdSense.
This is just some quick information, you'll end up finding ways to generate Adsense money through simple trial and error.
Once you got a good sense of how to market your website, then look into affiliate websites like cj.com or linkshare! |

It seems to me that John and Anne are the only ones that actually read the question -- the rest loaded you up with their own crappy links.
Here's what you do:
1. Start a blog. Don't do it on a topic that supposedly makes more money -- do it on a topic you love.
2. Post daily. Find good sources for information about your niche using things like Google Reader, Google Alerts, Twitter, etc.
3. Use AdSense to monetize it.
4. Repeat step one often, as long as you can still give each blog the attention it deserves.
Be patient. It usually takes about a year for a blog to really hit it's groove, and most bloggers give up before then. If you work hard on a blog, there's no reason it can't be making $10/day after a year. If you work really hard on five blogs, you should easily be making $50/day after a year, which is pretty good money ($1500/month).
I would suggest getting a cheap hosting plan and using WordPress.org for your blogs. However, if money is real tight then you can always start with BlogSpot.

1. WelI I actually take surveys for cash. And yes they do pay as long as you know the good ones. I have some free survey sites that are very reliable just check out my profile by clicking my name or email me for them. I only give sites that I've been paid by so you won't get scammed. They're all reliable and I've never had a problem with them. (I've been doing them for a year now) The best part is that anyone can do them and they're easy. You won't get rich but they definitely help with bills :)
