Please, for your own sake, be CAREFUL when you are looking for information on this topic. Earning as an affiliate can be easy income if you find the right product to sell, and the right product is most definitely NOT the most popular one.
What you want to do is find a product a small amount of people are looking for an answer to a problem (such as How can I save money on airfare?) with a small amount of competition (but not too little, or you can almost bet there is little money to be made).
This is called a "niche market". Really, really, listen to me by EXPERIENCE. Do NOT jump head first into affiliate marketing by any ebooks you find on ebay and avoid any ebooks on the topic in general. The best information you can find online is free, but again, tons of misleading information is free.
I have two suggestions for you. One would be to take up online retail, with the PROPER knowledge of course (link to a free ebook by Chris Malta on this topic below, just by reading it you can tell its trustworthy). If you are really set on making money through affiliate commission, I suggest buying Beating Adwords. Also, the second site below has a newsletter with legitimate tips for online business opportunities. Best of luck! |
