I would set up the web site up, then advertise in local small weekly newspapers to direct readers to my site to list there garage sale dates, then later after things pick up start printing a small weekly garage newspaper or newsletter.

it's a good idea. try starting at tripod.com if you don't need anything fancy, they host sites for free. i have like three or four and creating it was alot easier than i thought it would be. |

Look on the internet, I am sure something similar already exists if not it does sound like a good idea. It all depends on how big you are willing to go. I would start off with the city I am living in than expand to the county and so on..if you're planning to make a website that will make you profit. |
