I wanted to know how to create a website?

I wanted to create a website were I can advertise my best buy or other stores affiliate account. I want the website to be HTML.
I want to pay nothing or just a little money.

You can create your website in GDI. If you suscribe you'll find a lot of tools very easy to use. Here you can advertise everything you want, even you can commercialize with GDI's pages too. There's a 7 free day trial and after that period of time you must pay 10 dollars a month. But you are given 10 emails accounts, a site builder, a hosting and your own domain name and a backoffice and many other tools. It's a worldwide business.

The way I make money online is by making websites. You do not need to be a genius either.

These websites are targeted to niche markets and promote ebay items for related goods. I add in amazon ads and other big search engine ads that we had best not mention. Its a great income from many sources.

It costs about 10 bucks per year for a domain name. If you just want it to redirect to another website automatically then yahoo does that for free. Otherwise you are going to pay about 11.95 per month to get it hosted by yahoo.

Yahoo also has "sitebuilder" which is a really easy to use application that you can download for free so you can build your own website. I knew absolutely nothing about designing a website and I was able to put mine together in about 2 hours with Sitebuilder. I use my website to promote my book. Unless you're already experienced in web design and SEO optimization a free website will not work for you - you won't be able to build enough traffic.

Placement of Metatags:

A ranking or search order does take place with Google and Yahoo and it begins with the "Title" metag which should consist of no more than 65 characters separated by commas. The "Title" should describe in generic terms, the goods and services, followed by a location from which the resource is located, i.e., city, state. The placement of a domain name which is not generic within the "Title" is not appropriate, unless your domain name is a major recognizable brand name.

The second metatag is the "Description" which is usually 25-30 words to form a complete sentence which best describes one's goods and services.

And the very last category - "Keywords" are also somewhat limited to 15-16 words which can be plural and compound in nature. Again, avoid multiple entries which could be mistaken as "spamdexed entries" which is defined as the loading, and submission of repetitive words into a particular metatag category. "Spamdexing" when discovered on a webpage and reported to Google's spamreport.com can result in the elimination of your website from their search directory.
