That website is simply one person's idea of 3 programs that you can use to start a home business. They may be good. I have a policy: if it COSTS money to make money, I can't afford it!
Google ad words, nbc, and pay to do surveys are just a means to an end. There are plenty of survey companies that are free to sign up. And you aren't going to get a whole lot of money for any of them. Usually it's points that you can redeem for a product.
But the site itself is just one person's suggestions to you. Then he calls himself an expert. I think not.
