Always ask what the proggression options are, it makes you sound keen to success and wont be happy standng still, they like that.
Also ask them at the end of the interview if THEY have any more questions for you.
Always ask more questions about their business as it shos your keen to learn, and especially if its a bloke let them talk, us men love the sound of our own voice.
Ask the interviewer what he thinks fo the company and how he got to where he is,
