i realize the more visitor and viewers, the higher up on the search pages you will climb. So if i use my own PC and click my new website a 100 times every day, just as an example, willl that help my ranking at all? |

No it will not and it isn't the only method to increase the ranking in Google. There are other factors too. Google is still researching on tweaking results based on Click Through Rates in SERP. |

No. Even if Google did track clicks as a way of determining rankings, which they do not, they'd see the clicks are coming from your PC and ignore all but one.
If you want to help your ranking:
- Add a page a day to your site.
- See who links to your competitors and get links from them too.
- Get your site verified in Google Webmaster Tools and then see what errors or issues you've got.
- Read up and learn about SEO.
