If i got a refund on ebay should i put a bad, neutral or positive feedback?
I bought and item trough ebay, the item never came, i fill a complain in paypal and the seller made me a full refund, but in my ebay now i have te option to leave a feedback, but i don't know what kind of feedback should i leave, a bad or neutral feedback it's unfair coz the seller made a full refund, a positive feedback the same as i am not satisfied coz i really want that item, what's more fair?

Some peoples lives are at stake when it comes to eBay. It sucks that you got screwed, but if they had a decent excuse or kept in caontact the neutral.
If you didn't get your money you would have left a negative, so since this was better you are neutral. You wouldn't be asking if you weren'y neutral. You are unsure a.k.a. not decided a.k.a. neutral :-)

I once got a refund from a company cause the item was out of stock and was no longer available at the time. It wasn't the companies fault they could fill the order. I wanted the item alot but didn't get it.. I got my moneyback including shipping payment.. with a sincere apology.. I gave that company positive polite feedback! I eventually got the coffin bank from someother company! I think maybe the seller of the item you wanted ran out and was unable to fill the order. Give positive feedback!

Leave positive you got a refund. He could of ripped you off but didn't. Chances are he lost money on the deal so either leave positive or nothing. What goes around comes around.

since you got a full refund, then a negative rating is not fair at all.

that leaves neutral or positive. And IMHO, it would depend on the reason why you didn't get it. Did it get it lost in the mail/shipping? If so, that's not the sellers fault. And they refunded you your price. So a "postive" rating would be in order. Or did they just screw up and forget to ship it (your order "fell through the cracks" at their company)? If that's the case, then a "neutral" rating.

but to leave a negative after they refunded your money should not done. If they were trying to rip you off, they wouldn't have refunded your money.

Well before leaving a negative feedback, I would ask the seller the reason of making a refund on you, if he give you a reasonable answer I will give him a neutral feedback otherwise I will choose a negative feedback.
Have you try to contact him?
At least he refunded the money to you and not wait until the last minute to do it.

I think you should leave them a negative feed back cuz it was something you pay for and if he didnt send it or something it was his fault.

I'd go with neutral. It might not have been the seller's fault that the item didn't come. But if they get a lot of comments that their items never arrived, then it's pretty surely them, and potential buyers would be warned. If it's just a one time problem, buyers probably wouldn't worry about it.

Jen
A negative one since your item never came. Who knows maybe 100 other people's item didn't come. It's fair to people who've never bought from them to know how the seller works. Of course they should've given you your money back, THE ITEM NEVER CAME!

Jack Luvs U Hon!
The first thing I would do is ask the seller for an explanation. If he has a good one then consider a neutral feedback. Sellers have problems the same as the buyers. If it was an unfortunate circumstance why try to hurt him. Of course I would not give him a good feedback since you never got your product and could have spent time on getting it elsewhere.

Hope that helps.
