If i wanted to tell a cmpany?

That their commercials were horrible, how would I go about contacting them?
example: I O digital cable...ugh! I hate that commercial!

I have to disagree with some of the people have responded to you. As someone who has worked in marketing all of their adult life, I can tell you that most marketers ARE concerned with how their commercials are perceived.

If you want to be heard and have your opinion respected, however, you have to be careful about how you state your feelings. If you just come out and say "Your commercials suck and I'll never buy from you," they'll chalk you up as a lost cause and go about doing things the way they always have. But if you tried a more diplomatic approach, I think you might see some results. For example,

To Whom It May Concern,
I have noticed your commercials for quite some time now, but have never taken the time to write you until now. As a prospective customer, your commercial message fails to resonate with me on several levels.
(Then politely explain how you feel they are missing the mark: e.g. they speak down to you, they don't offer a benefit that is of value to you, they insult your attention, their tone and manner is inappropriate for the service being advertised, etc.)
You might close your note by saying something like, "I am sure you invest thousands of dollars promoting your business, but in my opinion it is not money well-spent.
In closing, thank them for their time and consideration and offer them a way to contact you. Anonymous criticism is seldom respected.

As far as contacting the right person, if they have a web site, you should be able to contact them from their contact page. You might also be able to Google them under they name of their business and by adding the words "corporate headquarters."

Write a letter to the corporate office--in the form of "suggestions" and things that you found unattractive about their advertisements. They should pay attention to that.

Everybody hates those I O commercials. They know everybody hates those commericals. Everybody is talking about how they hate those commericals. Seems like the commercials are working.

I-O digital cable- watch a lot of TV whenever you're able!

Oh- and just look up the company's website and send an e-mail/letter/voicemail to complain.

I hate all comercials ,so I just ignore them all, I change the cannel right away always scanning between two or more ,comercial free. Big companies won't listen to you, it's like writing Santa..

Never seen it, but it must be a horrible commercial if it left you with everything BUT a way to contact them....

Why is it important that the company knows you do not like their commercial? What is it today that makes people believe their opinion needs to be heard?

Why would you want to? They don't care.
