It's an interesting question, I think it depends on what you are trying to sale, there are certain products for which the buying decision is taken by the woman of the house, for others, the man decides.
Also, when it comes to sex, women are still chauvinist, so the notion of the female body being the beautiful one is still predominant among them, there is very little room for feminine thoughts, the vision of the male brain is taken as the vision of our society as a whole. Of course there are women who are not dominated by culture standards (as chauvinist as they are regarding physical beauty) and they will prefer to see men, but for most women, they don't have the "willpower" to fight the imposition of the male thinking and they embrace it as their own, this way the same goodies (for men) appeal to most of the population. Even more, female sexuality is still a taboo, to the point that among people is spread the nonsense of women being not visual. And the last reason I can come up with is that because of misled feminism, men are seen as enemies and inferior, this way a radical feminist will never see a man as a goodie (or at least she will never let anybody know she does), but she would see another woman as a friendly and worthy figure.
Well, those are the reason I could think of to explain it.
