Create your own website and launch your invention there, however before you launch it, make sure you research with Search engines like www.google.com, to see if your invention has not already been invented by someone.
You can also approach local Registered Publishers in your area, they would think twice before they steal your invention because their reputation is at stake!!

do go to a website... look up in a search engine where to register patents... claim your idea first... then fish for buyers. until you own the rights to your product you can't really sell it. good luck, and don't share your idea with anyone until you own it.

Widgets on eBay get world wide attention.

You might want to visit a patent lawyer first to make sure your idea is protected. They can also help direct you to making money from the invention.
I would be wary of going through the Internet as there are a lot of fraudsters out there. In other words, only share your idea with someone who has a lot to lose by stealing it.
