This is just my personal opinion, from the customer perspective: I'd never buy brownies, because they are way too easy and cheap to make myself. I'd be more likely to buy gourmet cookies or pies -- something I can't just go out to the kitchen and whip up myself. |

Why limit yourself to make brownies, why not make other baking goods?
You'd have a menu with variety which will undoubtedly get more customers!

If you intent to sell home made foods , you are required by law, to have a Health & Safety chack on your property, where the cooking will be actioned. Unless you pass this you will not be legally selling.
