No. eBay is people like you and me who buy and sell from their homes. Amazon are small business's who sell mass production products all at once through amazon. eBay can also be more risky, because item descriptions can be deceiving. Amazon is a little pricier, but you can be certain its good quality. eBay gives you great deals and lots of variety. I'm an eBay seller myself and i use it a lot. If i were you, i'd buy everyday stuff on Amazon and smaller, harder-to-find objects on eBay. Good luck! |

Similar but no. On ebay you are able to auction things off or buy it now or bid on auctions as well. With amazon you are only able to buy it now or sell. i use both though on whatever has the cheapest of what im looking for. |

Through Amazon you buy items sold by different people/online stores. With eBay, you bid on items placed by people like you and me. |

amazon is buying items at a set price and for that price only.
eBay is like bidding with other people, it starts at a price then raises as more people bid on it.
Sometimes they have the "buy now " button on the bid on eBay though, so if that is the case, then you buy it like you would on Amazon. |

Well, you can buy and sell.
But they are different from each other.
Amazon has its own store and i think that people are the only ones buying and selling on ebay.
They also look different from each other. |

No, Amazon you can buy things new or used at a set price, no bidding. Ebay, you can either bid on items or buy them out right if someone is offering it as a "Buy It Now" item at a set price. The only similarity is you can purchase both new and used items on both sites. |

not really.
Every thing on amazon is new. But if the price it too steep, amazon provides links to other website that offer the product used and cheaper. |
