It depends on what the product is, where it is being shipped to, how much it is costing you to acquire said product, and whatever distribution process you are using to get the product to your buyer. It can become very time consuming and costly if you don't manage your shipping costs well.
You have to decide which eBay site you want your goods listed on, whether its eBayExpress.com (fixed price, no auction) or eBay.com (reserve/no reserve auction).
Don't forget to figure into your calculations: cost of goods, your time (assuming that you're not doing this for free), state and/or Federal tax, sales tax (depending on your state's laws for collecting tax from internet sales), etc. |

Ebay has become a brutal cutthroat market. 5 years ago it was much easier, but with the spreading of the get rich quick on ebay myth every market on ebay has become flooded & every seller tries to undercut everyone else, making prices plummet. Add to that the ever dwindling buyer pool, who get cheaper & cheaper every day, and its become very difficult to make any profit. Whatever you do, make sure you research what prices the products you want tl sell are going for and the sell through rate. Be sure it will be worth your while after ALL of your expenses are factored in. |

Ebay is a channel for you to buy and sell, so in as basic Marketing says it all where is the rest of your components?
Product, promotion, process and etc? You need to have a strategy.
Once all ingredients are being well balance then you will be able to see your results. |

yes as long you know what you are doing. But it is an investmant and you haft to remember the more money you spend the more you CAN make, but u can still LOSE all of your money if u do it wrong. So if u are willing to take the risk, go for it. |
