I am putting together a business plan to start a company that will offer low cost lads golfing breaks in Spain. I have looked at quite a few sites and the cost can be very expensive. I just want to attract golfers who just want to play golf for a 3 - 4 days in Spain and who just want decent self catering accomodation. I plan to include all transfers from airports and to and from the golf courses.

That would depend a lot on your start up budget.
Right now the property market is on the floor and one company http://salsa.es are even offering people who buy a property on one urbanisation (estate) a free apartment on Baviera Golf Club east of Malaga!
If you could stand that expense you could sell the first one later and retain your free accommodation! :-)
If that's too much then contract to rent golf accommodation...its a buyers market right now and that applies to rental property too.
For cheapness stay to the east of Malaga. There are two new courses under development and will be cheap to play for the foreseable future.

I hate golf but I think a lot of people will go for it, my dad and his friends sure would also people who are looking for low key/Cost Stag weekends with no strippers and that!

Yes i definately think there is a market for this. I bet there are loads of fella's who would like a golfing trip abroad and assume it will be too pricey but this could attract business trips, stag do's and people who are just generally into golf

Yes, definitely ... golfing packages are, for the most part, rather pricey at present.
