Nothing is free is this world im afraid, your only chance at free websites are the likes of freewebs and such. The ebst of the free websites i would say was piczo, it holds middle ground between freewebs and places like myspace. Other then those you have to pay for them, Mr site is really good, you pay £20 for the program adn thats it, no hosting costs or domain costs.

Google Sites allows you to create websites. But that is a bit like Freewebs. http://5-gb.com/index.html allows you to get free hosting and free domains on a points based system. I think you get points by posting on the businesses forum and placing a small advert on your site.
