Hi,

Yes and people use it although less common.
However if you are looking for some method "outside the box" you can learn more about this at:

Yes, there is such a thing as post card advertising. It is a tactic of direct mail marketing. Being visual and that you don't have to open an envelope, post cards often get a higher response than direct mail. Keep in mind, that the average response rate for a direct mail campaign is 1-2% (that's 1 to 2 people out of every 100 will respond). If you get higher than that, you're doing pretty well! There are a lot of resources available for post cards.

Its almost everywhere in town right now ... Singapore .

Yes. I see it everywhere in NYC. You can pick up free postcards in a number of restaurants and bars that feature venues, products, services, etc. I'm not sure what company facilitates this service, however.

Sure there is. Ever see them around town in the form of a post card? You get them in your mail box even. However, consider the pros and cons if you're thinking about doing post card advertising because it consists a lot of work, time and money just to end up in trash cans or on the side walk. Depends on what you're advertising and if you really have what people want
Good luck!
