You Need Permission....of the Publisher and/or Writer !!!!!
(if the book is published and copyrighted)
Though u will be traslating and editing "The Real Source" of
"Your Creation" is NOT Original and thus it cannot be called "Your Creation", untill, the Owner of the source agrees to it.
