There is a lot of things in your website, but you don't have any original content, you will need that to get the attention from your visitors.

You will need unique titles for each page. At this time it looks like a template from zen cart and not like a jewelry site. Remember that people who are looking for jewelry, are searching for something beatiful and elegant.

Since your clients are women, how about advertising on women's magazines? Selling point is online shopping. Don't just market your products....coz jewellery stores are competitive, so just select some best selling items, and place an Ad to promote online shopping of jewellery. However, for a more personal touch, you can try handing out flyers or brochures just to build database first. Once business grows, and sales go up, then set aside amount to do a complete makeover by a professional graphic design company/ web design company. Also, have your products shot by a phographer that looks more like those seen in neiman marcus...etc..(competitors) Marketing is simply an investment tool, it doesn't 100% guarantee sales and publicity just because it is done. It has alot to do with your brand, product presentation(appeal) and quality of products. Many other factors too. So, don't expect business to double overnight just because you've spent 10-20K on marketing/advertising. You are simply creating brand awareness. :)
