I must say I do have coworkers that get on my nerves as well. I work in a bank as an account officer. First we have phones that ring all over the branch and for some reason nobody wants to answer them. So of course I answer them almost everytime. Its like what am I a receptionist.. Second my counterpart shuts her door nonstop and then cant see customers when they come in. She gets paid more than what I do to do less. Its like you are there for a purpose which is to wait on customers.. so do it and stop complaining. Third.. I have a manager who doesnt want to do anything at all... She puts everything off on everybody else because she says she is too busy but in reality she isnt doing anything at all.. shes so doped up she just thinks she is. Its crazy to have so many people in high positions and they arent that intelligent at all.

i have some co workers that make me want to SCREAM. when we are discussing something, they will rant about something that is completely wrong! i used to get all frustrated and try to explain things but now i realize that i am just wasting my breath. they are just ignorant.

Sure do. The young ones who want to wonder around the jobsite like it's a social funntion and would be the first ones to complain if something happened that the payroll checks didn't make it to the store for the designated payday.
