you need to tell us where this residential project is because geography is pretty important! Of course not less important is culture and customs where this is located! Otherwise if no restrictions exist and weather allows it then make lots of swimming pools and and lots of outdoor activities like golf courses and tennis courts, having these features in your project plus a secure and environmentally clean atmosphere will enable the project to sell itself without much hassle...

I would go about trying to get into real estate publications, write press releases selling your USP's. Remember don't just write down what you think will influence people to buy your property. You have to come at it from an editor point of view what's going to make people want to read this story.
I would also get leaflets, dvds, videos on your website. Optimize your website and attend exhibitions. I'm not sure how your going to get a new and different idea to attract people. I would concentrate on keeping my design trendy and high quality to reflect the project.
But i think if you go to building societies, investors and push your project you should do well.
I would also upload my dvd onto youtube and email the link around. |
