Hi,
I've had a look at your site and I'm impressed by its' design and layout. It looks very user-friendly.
To answer your question, firstly I would recommend that you utilise the full strength and power of Yahoo Answers.
Go to the advanced Yahoo Answers search and search for people asking questions in the category that relates most to your business. Then I recommend you begin answering a variety of the questions posted that actually relate to your business. Make sure though that you actually know what you are talking about otherwise it will seem as if you have no knowledge in the field. This wouldn't help boost your business.
Another free method, (and the one I recommend you put the majority of your efforts into), is similar to using Yahoo Answers. I recommend that you find a whole host of forums online that relate to your business and the products you offer.
Then the next step is to get posting.
Post to as many of the topics on these forums that you can, (of course making sure that they are relevant to your site and that you actually know what you are talking about before hand).
I'm not sure how relevant you think this will be to your site but I did a search on Google and found this forum that I think might help you out; http://www.craftsforum.co.uk
I also found one other from my quick Google search, however this one only appears to have 10 registered members on it at the moment. It might not be able to help your business out until it picks up itself, (still worth getting on there early though if you ask me); http://www.itselixir.com/forum
There are a whole host of free advertising methods out there, they just take a bit longer to boost your business than paid methods of internet marketing would. If you are willing to wait for results then the previous tips are what I recommend for you to try.

The best way is to give discounts to people who work in say xyz co this way your company also appears in xyz co's magazine.

You can try Google Adwords. It’s the most effective and targeted way of Advertising. Although it can be expensive but I know 1 Person here on Yahoo answers who is giving 1000$ of adwords coupons for 25$.
