For mailing, look at ADVO or some other co-op mail service. They can help you sort down to the carrier routes you are looking for.

Google search the topic such as neighborhoods/cities, or if that doesn't work, try craigslist or angieslist. Hopefully you'll get your merchandise out there because there are some places in the U.S. that will sell your products and also advertise it as well. Good luck!
