Are you kidding me. Um if you think he's hot and he then maybe have him take you on a date seperate from work. Don't prostitute urself for a permotion. You think he will have ANY ounce of respect for you once he's done with you, he could even fire you. What he is doing is illegal and sexual harrasment. why you wouldn't mind complying is beyond me, insecure something. but if you are interested in dating him, this isn't the way to do it. You need to tell him that you don't screw ur way to the top, you base that on your work performance, but if he wants to have interest in you, then he needs to not mix that with work, and not sex, unless eventually a relationship would lead to that. I have to assume you're joking. If you are not, there is nothing you can do to enforce an agreement that in principle is illegal. If you are in the United States I am sure prostitution is illegal in your jurisdiction. This is why drug dealers don't have contracts or receipts. A person buying drugs can't take a dealer to small claims court if they are shortchanged on the deal. Same principle applies to your situation. Actually, i am sure you are joking. |

Under no terms should you actually sleep with someone to "get ahead". You will not have the respect of anyone in the organization, and your days will be numbered.
