My family owns a big car and truck repair facility. We do EVERY thing to a car or truck except tires. We have been open 3 years and have overcome a lot of mishaps, from being ripped off $50k to having employees steel work you name it. Well its no secret that this is the worst time of the year for us but it seems like the other places in town, we only have like 3 people i consider competition, have a lot more going on than us. However they are all in the middle of town where as we are on the outskirts of town so I know location plays a factor. But I have talked to people that have gone there and i have read reviews on the place and everyone hates it, half the time the work is done wrong and the other half of the time it is way overpriced. And all they do is tires, oil, and brakes. They actually send engine stuff to us. But I think people keep going there because it is convenient. My dad says people will wise up to it soon. We always get the people who have spent all there money other places and still cant get something fixed, than they come to us with a nightmare. We are like $10 cheaper than every one elts in town but it dosnt help, alot of people still dont know who we are or what we do. We have done radio adds, fflyer's signs you name it. Any iideashow we can overcome the competition.

We currently have 3 sales men going around for us and we still have radio adds and i am passing out like 200 sales papers today, i know these things take a few weeks to see results thou.
