Definition of Network Marketing
A business in which a distributor network is needed to build the business. Usually such businesses are also MLM in nature in that payouts also occur at more than one level. Network Marketing is sometimes also used incorrectly to indicate that the business uses a network of product suppliers in order to offer a broader selection of products. It is usually used this way to differentiate themselves as a way to suggest that their program is superior to other such programs.

There is a lot to understanding what network marketing is. It ISN'T really about selling and those who think it is don't usually succeed. It ISN'T about recruiting anyone with a pulse, either, though many people are taught this method.

Network Marketing is about finding a product/service you believe in and building relationships with people to either use your product/service and/or join your business opportunity.
Most people call it recruiting, but I call it "sharing" and "sponsoring." Too many people are left by the wayside because they sign up and don't know what they're supposed to do.

I saw a few answer here that made sense and a few that didn't. Essentially, you need to know what you want out of it before you consider it.
Network marketing probably the most explosive compensation method in existence, but very few people truly succeed.
In fact, I've tried it many times (offline) and failed. Then, I started internet marketing in direct sales. I figured out how to market online and now I make a sizable income with that but there's no residual like network marketing offers.
Now, I just joined a company in pre-launch that's internet based. I just apply my internet marketing skills and help other people.
Anyway, good luck.
You can check out my program if you'd like. I will not try to sell you at all. I don't work like that. I want to be sure people join because they want to, otherwise they don't last.

Network marketing is a personal home based business. Put simply, you sell to your friends and contacts, and they sell to their friends and contacts. You purchase a distributorship and earn points and $s as you grow your team. It takes time to build your business. So people often start it as a second income, or hobby business. Some people make lots of money, some make only a little. You need a good product and a good company. I am working this business with Xocai Healthy Chocolate Queensland. I am building my team. I have made some income after 2 months, but not enough to consider quiting my bill paying job. It will take time and effort. |

By the way there are many other ways to making money online doing internet marketing. Selling affiliate products to creating your own ebooks etc. I do several things including network marketing. Check that website I listed and if your ineterested about earning cash a different way I can lead you in the right direction to starting your own legit business.
