Selling on the Web is not easy. As you said, you've been online now for several months now and yet you have no sales yet.
Here are my comments:
1. The site is not optimized for search engines. Change your title tag into keywords that best illustrate what you sell. Something like "StringPluckers: Guitar Picks (and whatever other keywords you have). You want to rank high in the search engines for your main keywords.
2. Improve the look of the site. I'm not a big fan of complicated backgrounds. Plus the color purple. The logo is too big and messy. You use too many types of fonts. The overall web site design needs to be improved. The site design affects the trust of buyers; if they don't think they trust a site because it looks too amateurish, they won't buy
3. Feature your products well. On the homepage, the products should be up and above the fold, not below. Right now you have to scroll down to see what you are selling.

The main reason is because you're not doing enough to get people to visit your site. Others have talked about getting listed with search engines, optimizing your site for the bots, etc. That's a start.
There is a myth that simply building an ecommerce site will lead to sales without further sales effort. The real world doesn't work that way. You'll need to put together and execute a plan that will bring a regular stream of visitors to your site.
Once there, consider the impression your current "design" conveys. It is important to differentiate, and to convey a personality... but you may wish to go for a more businesslike look.

Just return from your site and have a few comments from a novice. I'm just wondering if guitar picks per se are the right kind of products for online shopping - if i want to buy wholesale i'd go to an established distributor; and when buying for own use i'd need to actually feel the picks before deciding which ones to buy. Even if you stock the whole range, it's still "picks" which i feel is just not it. |

I have a site of my own on the net for half a year now my self and no sales either. i'd like to know the answer to that also. I've noticed though that it doesnt have much traffic. Perhaps if it was better advertised, there would be better chances of selling. The same could apply with yours. |

At first glance, I couldn't tell what it is that you are selling. Need to put "GUITAR PICKS" at the top of the page somewhere. "String Pluckers" could mean something else. List your site in the top ten search engine for guitar picks. |
