This is really a good work as ur first website. But keep in mind there are lots of things to modify. As i saw in a very short time ur website title color that is blue not clearly visible. One thing that would make your site better is to watch for spelling errors. You have a good bit of content on your site and grammar and spelling errors will make it look amateurish. If you know someone who is good at writing have them go over your content and make some corrections. Other than that and the recommendations made by the answers above me, the site looks great.

I liked the videos, but didn't see much on content (maybe you're still working on it)?
The only thing I saw (visually) that was not very good looking (but that may just be me because I'm artistic). The top header portion that stretches out people was a little off-putting.
