Just taking a stab here, but I would think c.....because they are something that you need in order to make another thing work....it is an additional sale - and on-going sale to maintain your initial purchase of the razor.
Does your textbook have a glossary in the back? I'm not sure what "captive" means.....that could be a possibility as well, if it means that you have a 'captive' buyership for your item because they have an item that needs that thing to operate properly.
