I'm sure there is no quick strategy which will bear instant results for you.
What I suggest you is start from social networking communities such as MySpace, LinkedIn (Highly recommended) and the likes to get popular on these network communities. This is a long term plan and may bear instant results as well which is not surprising.
Social networking portals being based on "Architecture of Participation" will help you gather momentum and interect with prospect customers over a extended period of time.
Most of the firms there days are using Social networking plrtals as platform to launch their Ad campaigns to test the water. Since they are able to gather like minded customers/prospect clients around their offerings, they build more loyal and brand affinity customers. |

Try the books by Gary Keller of Keller Williams...You need a consistant budget to work with monthly to support marketing materials and advertising to the public. The cheapest way is door knocking, sitting other agents open houses and making self promo's from your computer. Try to befriend a few agents in your office and don't be afraid to ask the seasoned agents for help. You should look seriously into making postcards and believe it or not order them from printers on ebay like nexgen. Very high quality and cheapest around! Have business cards and just throw them in the air and let any body catch them...It is very tough in a slow market....Focus on a small section in a farm area...Get close with a title rep and leard a farm area and the types of residents inthe area. You can advertise your service under "real estate services" section of craigslist under your local city i.e. CA. If you advertise a particular property to sale then you can post ads under "real estate for sale" category.
