The easiest thing you can do right away to make your website more search engine friendly is to use Alt tags on all your images. You should be using more text instead of all the images. |

As you know you can improve your ranking on the search engines by using Pay per clicks. driving more traffic to your site and help with your ranking. There is also some software out there that will help improve your ranking so that you don't have to pay for each click. I know the can get very pricey. You need qualified buyers clicking through, but, you don't need to be spending allot of money. The site looks great from an aesthetics standpoint, it's very pleasing. Your home page, about us and contact us pages need more content, however, your product pages seem to have adequate content. Not sure if your pages are keyword rich, but the content seems adequate. Your site map also needs to be generated. Seem to be on the right path.

I agree with the other writers. when I clicked on the sie, there was nothing to indicate if the toys were for sale. I easily could have mistaken it for a wholesale site with a password.
Needs more text on front page and bullets on the individual toys. On the front page explain why you selected these toys..."These are the top selling toys for the seasons"..."These toys were selected by XYZ Magazine or Association as the must have toys for 2007". give me a reason why I want to look closer.
The order link is too far down the page. I must scroll down to find it and then I don't know the price until I go to place the order. I'd only check one toy and then I'd go to another site.
Consider adding other items - Take Hanna Montana (saw a piece on her this morning on morning TV show) - Consider adding doll clothes, posters, books, T-shirts, backpacks, purses, videos, CDs, etc. They may not want only the doll, but may very well select other items. That will give you additional sources of revenue.
Either delete the site map or give it content.

I would start by adding content to your homepage. The homepage is the most important page and is going to get the most attention linkwise and right now its lacking.
Your titles from your subpages could be optimized better. Since your going to be competing with larger sites like Amazon you need to take advantage of every possible situation.
The content for you products could be formatted in a more exciting fashion. Right now I just see a lot of text that I'm not going to read (cause i'm a scanner). Break it up with some lists and features.
You can get by with the tables you've built the site in but it makes it a lot harder to expand your site down the road.
Overall, I don't really get the feeling that this is an e-commerce site. It doesn't say buy buy buy. I would look at other e-commerce sites and see what features their using that grabs your attention and implement them into your site.

1. text navigation is better than image navigation in term of seo.
2. css (cascading style sheets) is better for web design management than plain html.
3. try to use div instead of tables. if you do that your site will load smoothly.
4. you need to use spider simulator(below resources) to see how search engine crawlers see your page. you want your content to be the first. this could be done by redesigning your page structure.
5. need to put more content on your home page.
6. use widget for amazon. they got a lot of widget to choose from.
7. don't forget to learn how to build link. building link is the most important aspect of seo.

You site is really organized and nicely put.
There isn't much content on your site. As you said you are a beginner you should consider adding more content. Although quality is better than quantity. Both together are better. Pictures and organization are great.
