you need links to your site and update your tags. links are like votes and they contribute to how popular your site is to search engines. reciprocal links are better.
update your tags, title, keywords and description. those all contribute to your overall rank.
also, you should optimize your website layout to best represent the keywords youre trying to optimize for. dont make it to keyword dense or else the search engines will pick up on it
and you have to submit your URL or sitemap to the search engines (either by yourself or through a service like Yahoo search submit pro) |
