Huge help - especially with Yahoo. Just make sure that you do your keyword research before to pick the best keywords and then look at your site statistics to confirm that the keyword choices that you are making work for your site.

Your title tag is a very important factor in search engine optimization and should not be "abused". Lets take a look at what a title tag is, it's the tag used to display the "title" of a web page and give web users an idea of what the web page is about.
This goes the same for search engines, they don't want title tags stuffed with keywords and no relevancy to the content that is displayed on the web page. I recommend using only relevant, short descriptive title tags.
Lets say we have a website called Baseball Pros and one of their web pages contains baseball stats for 1983. Below would be the correct title tag to use.
Baseball Pros - 1983 Baseball Statistics
Proper use of title tags is important, remember your title tag is what will help a searcher decide if they will click on your link or not in search results. |

Makes a hell of a difference. Keywords are no longer the main component of getting noticed. Also, use good <H1/> and <H2/> titles. You can even use h3 and h4, although these are not as powerful.

As for SEO, I only focuses on getting a keyword rich domain name, and backlink for choosen keywords.
But you can try this: try having a separate page for each of the keyword you want to target. Let's say you're targeting public speaking course, create a page public-speaking-course.htm and try to use the keyword as much as you can.
