Shall I do MBA?
I m working as a marketing manager with 5 years of experience, I m planning to do MBA, will it add value to my career?
I am just finishing my Master's in Management. Most of my courses were in the MBA curriculum, and there was noone w/ a marketing background in the program (except for me). I think it will set you apart from other's with a marketing focus.

I'm a marketing manager and got my MBA at a top 10 school.
Pros:
It will help - to some degree - in scoring you interviews.
It can be worthwhile if you get a degree that you didn't study as an undergrad; and in a specialty you don't do on a daily basis.
It's usually best reserved for those aspiring for jobs that value creditentialism (Huge corporations, Consultant work, etc).
Cons:
Marketing classes are usually redundant to what you do daily.
The cost and expense is a bit hard to justify
The time you spend lurking in library's, team projects, and pouring over thick overpriced books will sapp your soul.
I know several of my fellow senior marketeers who didn't get an MBA and are doing great without it.
