Additional Details And works for a public funded organisation.

Really Yes. Tho' I agree it is "unique selling proposition" so maybe it just poor communication!
However to be honest I have met professionals who aren't, mostly they make up for lack of knowledge and academic ability (as my old tutor suggested couldnt recognise a boston box from the boston strangler) with sheer common sense and practical ability. In those circumstances maybe its just down to communication. 'Cos the reverse is I have met qualified people who have all the jargon and no practical expertise at all (you wouldnt let them walk the dog never mind market goods/services). Try suggesting a CIM course!
