Angela got my point. When will the government stop telling us what to do? Don't you realize that insurance companies are already talking about health scores, like credit scores, to regulate risk, translation, well, gee Mr. Jones, I'd like to give you this transplant, but your health score is only a 350, we need it to be 412 at least, but we have assigned risk pools for your class that we can see if they will offer you the service, at a higher rate of interest.
