2. Have a real conversation - don't read from a script. People can tell and it makes you sound fake.

Firstly listen, most telesales people use a script that steamrollers over the person they're trying to sell to getting them the appropriate response of the phone put down. Secondly try standing up when on the phone it alters the whole structure of your voice and makes you sound more dominant to the party on the other end of the phone |
