All sorts of training are investments naturally as you are going to benefit after you get it if not monetarily, aleast mentally you achieve higher level. It can be considered to be a gift as well for if a person is able to get some training in some field, he should consider himself lucky that he has got the opportunity1 |

1. Employer pays apends money and time hired for his employee and recovery is not sure.
2. It is imparted as an investment for enhanced results.
Training is an gift as
1. Trainee pays nothing and gains knowledge
2. some times Trainee leaves the job after training and employer gets nothing but trainee's CV gets enhanced |

No training can make anyone perfect and skill full, only hard work can.
The soul purpose of training is to get the participants interested in the subject of training so that they are self motivated to do the hard work required to get to a Skilled status.
Alas! Not many faculties seem to be aware of this! They are perhaps not interested enough to be a trainer!
Employers are however always hopefull. |

Training is an investment, not only for the employer, but for the nation as a whole.
Employers in Britain have taken the dim view that the risk is that employees will leave their jobs, making training an expensive and useless exercise.
What they don't seem to realise is a country needs a flexible and adaptable workforce in order to keep the workplace buoyant and healthy. Trained staff will stay longer as a result of satisfaction gained from doing their jobs properly. They will have acquired transferable skills which, when leaving one job, they will take into the next. This creates flexibility and adaptability to new situations, resulting in a more healthy and buoyant workforce. |

just see X and Y persons are working in company at same post ....both are graduates ...both doing same job ..output is same .....if they are put in new shop and directed to work on new machine .......who gives more output ...1] more intellegent 2] more will power 3] hardworker ....so here output is not same ......but when x is trained inspite of lacking all qualities he will become proficient working on the job and give more output y can also give but it will depend on his time ......so training make employee professional inspite of his own good or bad qualities .....and give output desired so training is investement for company as well as to employees |
