They all come in different shape, sizes and personalities and we encourage individuality...but...that opens too many doors...we are trying to solve this problem by creating a look to please all customers, staff and owners alike....Help is the word of the day! |

Could get a variety of polo, T-shirts, etc. made up with your logo - the different styles would cater to their personal tastes, but would still provide uniformity. Demand them to wear black pants along with it or something similar, and you've got an instant 'uniform' that may still leave a bit of room for interpretation (black jeans, black casual, black dress pants...)
My parents own a bar, and we've got a bunch of T-shirts and hats made up that we sell. Our bartenders sometimes wear them, but as we're so small (2 employees plus my mother and brother), and are in a small town (800 people) we don't require any sort of uniform. :) |

The best sophisticated dress code would be as follows:
Female. Black Skirt & White shirt with a scarf.
Male: Black Pants with a white shirt & a Tie.
That would attract decent customer's a lot.
Note: I hope we are not talking about a service bar here. |

I mean, you want to create a friendly bar that doesn't have "sex" written all over with suggestive uniforms. So you want something conservative but cute, fun and quirky. |
