Some other ideas:

1) Send out mailers to relevant businesses. Any office-based business is going to need computer assistance one time or another.

2) Is there a college or university in your town? If so, perhaps they'd be interested in your services

3) Check out the fictitious name listings in your local papers. There's more people you could send mailers too.

You should buy ads in the local paper or the local TV stations. It can probably get pretty expensive though.

Word of mouth, business cards (ads online say you can get 250 for just shipping) and flyers, invest in a ream of colored paper, like hot pink or lime green, create a flyer and go to the mall, hit every car in the parking lot, leave some at local businesses too.
