Cheap is a figure of speech... if it is reliability i would say you would need to stick with incredos.com, they have been there for sometime and have a 30days money back too.
I have been with them for about 2 years, no compliants and no downtime, there is both linux and windows hosting offered, that is unique as many affordable players don't offer both, and as you know with windows you can do a lot more with .net framework. |

When attempting to select a dedicated server on which to host your website, one of the most important considerations is how much it will cost for you to have your website up and online. Both free and low-cost options are likely to offer services of a lower quality than what you are looking for in a server. Shared hosting is also not a likely option, especially if you have to share the host with websites from a group of other businesses. Dedicated servers are, without a doubt, the best option. Although they present additional costs, they will prove to be worth the cost in the long term. I use 1&1.

It is very hard to say which web host is the best or which one is the top. It depends on your need and budget. You can see that all the hosting review sites do not have a consensus of which hosts are the best. If you are having problem choosing a web hosting to use, I suggest you do the following:
1. Go to the webhost review sites such as webhostingjury, hostingsthatsuck.com or webhostinggeeks and list down about 3 common top hosting companies.
2. Next, for each web hosting X, do a “X sucks” search on Google. Read some complaints and see if you may encounter the same problems like them. Some of the complaints may relate to certain groups of users only such as VPS, dedicated server users or resellers. So you may not be affected if you are not from these categories.
3. Eliminate those hostings you feel uncomfortable with, and look for the best bargain hosting for your money.
Some of the good ones you can start with are Fatcow, Webfaction and InMotion.
