The surveys they send you are so long! i'm taking at least 20 minutes of your time, and in return for 4 or so suveys you do, you get $3 in return. So, you make a little more than a dollar in a hour. And that's not including the amount of "free trials" and ads you're bombarded with. It's a pain in the *** and so not worth it. You'll make more money selling limonade.
There are however research studies for different age groups (i.e. under 18) conducted that pay you on average $25 for two hours of your time. I was asked to be a part of a neuroscan research study (they analyze your brain activity with differing scenarios) at the University of Texas at Dallas, but I was a year too old. The people I knew that did go said it was well worth it, easy and a means to get fast cash.
I did go take a standaradized test for my university and got $50 for answering some multiple choice and writing a generic essay!
Bottom line, online surveys are a joke. Try scientific/ educational research studies. |

You don't want to answer surveys for money... It's slaving!
You get paid less than a job, 99% are scams and you might get the occasional survey that pays like $5!
It's not a good way to make money, but you can try things such as affiliate marketing, which I'm using right now to make insane amounts of money online... (almost unreal) and YES I think it's unreal too, but I'm getting the checks, lol... (took 2.5 years to get to where I'm at, with a lot of struggle and missed opportunity...)
