the strength ? the taste , it is good , weakness? I get bored of the taste after a while of drinking only Pepsi, and I never get bored of Coke , I can go drinking Coke for months and I can still going without me getting bored. |

Pepsi was always fighting agains coke. A few years ago they noticed Coke was the "family drink", for every party, every xmas, "always coca cola". So they decide to make Pepsi just for teenagers, making the ad "Pepsi Generation".
But one of Pepsi weaknesses is they are not so smart than Coke, and Coca Cola started doing a lot of things for teenagers, like eletronica music festivals and so on.
Strenght:
* the have money to do big things
* the are knowed in a lot of countries
* some people prefer it, mainly the teens
* the are an alternative
Weakness:
* you can buy Coke everywere in the world.
* Coke have more money, more fame and more consumers.
* everyone first ask for coke, if the restaurant don't have, the waitress asks "sorry, we have only Pepsi". it is the second choice.
* they aren't a pop symbol like Coke is. |
